Products are made of the best components from leading manufacturers with world names. The entire production process undergoes strict phased control, starting with the receipt of materials and components, and ending with the actual release. Without exception, each unit of production at the end of its production process is subject to special laboratory tests, only after the successful completion of which it goes on sale.
All products manufactured by LLC SPE "Promprylad" meet state standards and are manufactured in strict accordance with accepted technological conditions.
The warranty on the scales of all models of our production is 12 months.
"Promprylad" will repair scales free of charge if, during the warranty period, the consumer discovers that the scales do not meet the technical requirements.
The warranty includes repair work and replacement of defective parts.
Transportation of scales to the warranty workshop and back is carried out at the expense of the consumer.
The warranty for the scale ceases to be valid in the cases provided for in the relevant section of the passport for the scale and written in the warranty card.
At the end of the warranty period, post-warranty maintenance services are provided.
